Very clean, comfortable, modern, well appointed and tastefully furnished. Great location - a short walk into the town centre. Parking on site. Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly and went out of their way to make it a memorable stay.

Large clean room, good breakfast, great staff. Easy walk to the city centre, bit further to the cathedral but still doable. Nice Waitrose nearby. Certainly no issue with car parking at the hotel when we went.

The staff specifically Katelyn was so polite and very helpful and understand. The hotel was lovely and clean and spotless. A very comfortable few nights spent here.

The Milford Hall is lovely mix of old & modern offering spacious and light accommodation. The restaurant and bar area have a lovely feel to them and the drinks are reasonably priced. It is also a very short stroll into town where you will find a vast array of shops, cafes, restaurants & bars! We did have an issue with lack of availability of food in the restaurant, however the head of house was very apologetic and did her upmost to resolve and compensate for this. So even though the evening wasn’t maybe exactly what we had expected we had a great time spending around 4hrs both in the restaurant and the bar area.

Wonderfully refurbished character hotel in a great location...and with parking! The hotel interior has been beautifully designed and newly renovated with quality decor and fittings throughout. Our twin room was spacious and stylishly decorated. The bar, lounge and restaurant areas were very well done and provided different, elegant, linked spaces to relax. The staff were friendly and professional. We had particularly great service from Viktoria in the bar and restaurant. We were on a great value half board deal and had a fantastic dinner in the lovely dining room setting, the confit duck and shin of beef were both very good and followed by an outstanding pannacotta. Breakfast the next day was very good too, the full English from the A la carte choices was well cooked, and there were cereals, pastries, yoghurt, fruit etc on offer as well. It is a convenient, easy (less than 10min) walk into Market Place and the central shopping area and a couple minutes further to the Cathedral. Would definitely return and stay again.

A very nice medium sized independent hotel well placed for exploring Salisbury.. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. My room was large and very comfortable and equipped with a smart tv. The public areas are modern in style with the well stocked bar being very attractive. The restaurant is quite plain in style and has a varied and modern menu. The quality of food and service was very good. Would certainly return and recomend

Rooms and hotel were very clean and have been tastefully decorated. Location was excellent for us. We only stayed one night so didn’t get to truly experience the hotel and its facilities.
